Ana Isabel de Vega, titular del Juzgado de Instrucción número 5 de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, ha abierto una investigación por supuesta prevaricación del segundo teniente de alcalde y concejal satauteño Martín Sosa, que ha sido denunciado por unos vecinos de la calle Tenderete por un asunto de ruidos.
En el marco de la investigación la juez ha solicitado al consistorio satauteño el expediente administrativo respecto a las denuncias que habrían formulado estos vecinos y la tramitación que se le dio a las mismas desde el Ayuntamiento.
La denuncia se basa en el ruido que, según los vecinos, han venido soportando durante más de un año hasta altas horas de la noche y que proviene de las terrazas situadas en la calle Tenderete, que al parecer no contarían con la perceptiva licencia para realizar tales actividades.
