La Asociación de Empresarios de San Mateo realizó este lunes su tradicional sorteo navideño, una iniciativa que busca premiar las compras realizadas en los comercios del municipio.
El sorteo dio comienzo pasadas las 17:00 h., realizándose en varias tandas intercaladas con las actuaciones del payaso Pompolindo y el Mago Aday. Decenas de personas resultaron agraciadas con diferentes premios, todos ellos cedidos por comercios de la Zona Comercial Abierta de San Mateo. Vales de compra, pequeños electrodomésticos, un fin de semana en el Sur de Gran Canaria y un bono de spa en el Parador de Tejeda fueron algunos de los premios más destacados de la tarde.
El acto no estuvo exento de polémica, habida cuenta que algunos presentes mostraron su disconformidad con el incumplimiento de las bases especificadas en los boletos de participación, en los que se indicaba que los mismos podrían depositarse en la urna habilitada al efecto hasta las 17:00 h. de la tarde, dándose la circunstancia de que la organización permitió la introducción de boletos hasta pasada más de una hora del tope establecido.
