Ciudadanos denuncia la desatención de los turistas que visitan Santa Brígida

Ciudadanos (C´s) ha denunciado este lunes “la desatención que reciben los turistas que eligen visitar Santa Brígida”. Al respecto, el concejal de C´s en el Ayuntamiento de Santa Brígida, Juan José Pons, ha manifestado que “es intolerable que ocho meses después de la toma de posesión del nuevo gobierno, aún no se haya abierto la oficina de turismo de la Villa”.

 “Son muchos los turistas y las guaguas que suelen llegar al municipio, y que se encuentran con las puertas cerradas del único punto de referencia turística”, ha indicado el edil. Y ha añadido que “a ello hay que sumar además que no existe ningún mapa con los sitios de interés tanto del casco como del resto del municipio”. 

Por ello, C´s ha urgido a abrir la citada oficina, y a poner en marcha un Plan Integral para la Promoción Turística de la villa. En este sentido, Juan José Pons ha pedido que “se acometan, desde ya, las acciones concretas que son necesarias para mejorar la situación del municipio”.Entre ellas, Ciudadanos ha recordado que “los baños públicos que están junto al parque están en mal estado”, así como la zona de aparcamientos de las guaguas turísticas “que se llenan de barro cada vez que llueven”.

Por tal motivo, el edil de C´s ha instado a la corporación a acometer “las obras necesarias para mejorar la imagen del municipio, porque la imagen que se están llevando los turistas no se corresponde con lo que es Santa Brígida y sus ciudadanos”.

“Es importante dar un buen servicio a los turistas que visitan la Villa”, por ello, C´s propone “reorganizar y poner en marcha un servicio de visitas guiadas a los lugares de interés turístico del municipio”.
