El Ayuntamiento de San Mateo lanza un concurso de ideas para reformar la nave A del Mercado

mercadoLa nave A del Mercado Agrícola y Artesanal de San Mateo será objeto próximamente de una reforma integral. Así lo pretende el Ayuntamiento veguero, que ha lanzado un concurso de ideas a profesionales con el objeto de recibir propuestas que permitan dar a la nave un cambio de aspecto tanto exterior como interior.

Las bases del concurso contemplan como requisitos, entre otros, que una parte de la nave sea acristalada, con el objeto de hacer visible el interior y convertirla así en un “escaparate”. Además, las ideas presentadas deberán contemplar la sustitución de la cubierta, la instalación de pilares exteriores en acero inoxidable, el sistema de climatización, el acrecentamiento de la superficie útil y una solución para las oficinas interiores.

El concurso, que no es vinculante y tras el cual podrán refundirse ideas de los proyectos presentados, premiará las tres mejores propuestas con un premio en metálico, siendo el ganador obsequiado con 1700 euros, el segundo clasificado con 400 y el tercero con 200 euros.

El plazo de presentación de anteproyectos a concurso será hasta el día 15 de septiembre de 2016 a las 14:00 horas. Una vez se resuelva el concurso se procederá a licitar el proyecto de la obra, que deberá estar redactado antes de final de año con el objeto de que las obras puedan comenzar a principios de 2017.
