Este jueves vuelve el aviso amarillo por altas temperaturas

aemet aviso 4 de agosto 2016 La tregua que ha dado el calor estos días a La Vega de San Mateo tiene las horas contadas. Así lo señalan desde la Agencia Estatal de Meteorología, que mañana jueves volverá a activar el aviso amarillo por altas temperaturas.

Según la AEMET, los termómetros podrían alcanzar los 34 grados durante la jornada de mañana, permaneciendo activa la alerta de 11:00 a 19:00 h. y afectando especialmente la misma a Cumbres, Este, Sur y Oeste.

Ante este nuevo aviso, se recuerda a la población la necesidad de extremar las precauciones, evitando hacer ejercicio al aire libre y exponerse directamente al sol, además de beber mucho líquido para evitar deshidrataciones.
