El pasado sábado tuvo lugar en San Mateo el acto de elección de la Pareja de Romeros de las Fiestas Patronales 2016, un acto que se desarrolló en la Plaza del Pino ante la presencia de centenares de espectadores y que retransmitimos en directo desde el perfil de Facebook de Noticias de San Mateo.
El evento, conducido por el satauteño Manolo Santana, contó con la actuación del grupo musical La Trova, que amenizó la noche con un concierto enmarcado en su gira “All you needs is Love”, logrando poner en pie por segunda vez en sólo cinco meses al público veguero.
El acto, cuyas imágenes están ya disponibles en nuestro Perfil de Facebook, culminó con el nombramiento de las parejas de Romeros, resultando de la siguiente manera:
