La Concejalía de Vías y Obras del Ayuntamiento de San Mateo continúa ejecutando las tareas de mejora de carreteras enmarcadas en el Plan de Barrios de este año.
En el marco de estas tareas en días pasados se procedió al reasfaltado de la carretera de El Talayón, en el barrio de Ariñez, una vía por la que transitan a diario centenares de vehículos y peatones.
La carretera de El Talayón se suma así a las carreteras de Las Haciendas (Utiaca), El Caidero (La Lechuza), Los Corralotes, Las Guirreras (El Piquillo), que han sido reasfaltadas en el último mes.
