Alumnos y alumnas del IES Vega de San Mateo participaron este lunes en el Encuentro Insular de alumnado por la mediación, una iniciativa del Cabildo de Gran Canaria para formar a los estudiantes en mediación de conflictos y que sean quienes reduzcan por sí mismos los índices de acoso escolar.
La jornada contó con la participación de 750 alumnos y alumnas acreditados por el Programa Activa el ON de la Mediación.
El programa de actividades de este encuentro incluyó acciones de dinamización, evaluación de resultados, exposición de casos prácticos, actuaciones musicales y actos de concienciación sobre la importancia de reducir la violencia en las aulas.
