El certificado de profesionalidad de Fruticultura se podrá obtener a través de este curso, gracias al cual se dominarán todos los aspectos determinantes de las producciones de calidad y cantidad de frutales. Un aprendizaje continuo de un sector en auge y con prácticas de empresa en grandes empresas frutícolas de la isla. Todo ese aprendizaje (estudio del suelo,control de plagas, mecanización…) será aplicado en la granja del Cabildo, donde se dispondrá de nuevas tecnologías y un medio idóneo para la formación.
