El alcalde de Valsequillo, Francisco Atta, y el concejal de Deportes, Eduardo Déniz, presentaron el miércoles a los equipos del municipio que participarán el próximo sábado en el 56º Rallye Isla de Gran Canaria, una edición cuya gran novedad será el tramo de “Los Cernícalos-San Mateo”.
En total son cinco los equipos de Valsequillo que participarán en esta edición que se han mostrado ilusionados con poder correr este tramo por las calles de su pueblo. Los equipos de Valsequillo cuentan en esta edición con la colaboración del consistorio municipal que los ha subvencionado con una ayuda económica, así como un descuento en la inscripción de esta prueba. Los equipos son:
- Antonio Afonso – Andrés Miranda. Opel Kadett.
- Reinaldo Monzón- Beneharo Medina. Nissan Micra.
- Manolo Santana- Pedro Benítez . BMW 325.
- Antonio Afonso- Emilio Pérez. Ford Sierra Cosworth.
- Samuel Rodríguez – Himar Marrero. Toyota Corolla.
