Curso cocinas del mundo en la UP San Mateo

cocinas del mundo 2 La Universidad Popular de San Mateo organiza el curso «Cocinas del Mundo», que se celebrará los meses de noviembre a febrero.

Durante el curso se realizará un repaso de las mejores gastronomías de los cinco continentes, conociendo las recetas más famosas, los ingredientes más inéditos, las influencias culinarias entre culturas y las técnicas para conseguir los mejores resultados.

Las clases se impartirán todos los jueves de 10:00 a 13:00 h. y de 17:30 a 20:30 h. Será en el local de la Asociación de Vecinos Vega de Tinamar «La del Casco» y su precio será 40 euros al mes (ingredientes incluidos)

Los interesados en obtener más información o formalizar matrícula deben dirigirse al Ayuntamiento de Vega de San Mateo o llamando al 928661350.
