Masterclass de cocina en la Feria de Navidad de San Mateo

cartel feria de navidad1La Vega de San Mateo celebrará el próximo fin de semana una nueva edición de la Feria de Navidad, con motivo de la cual se han programado numerosas actividades que dinamizarán el evento.

Entre los actos previstos, el sábado día 2 de diciembre, Aesam organiza una MasterClass de cocina que correrá a cargo de Amador García, y en la cual se prepararán panellets (mazapán con piñones), turrón de coco y turrón de chocolate blanco con arándanos.

La Masterclass, financiada por la Consejería de Industria, Comercio y Artesanía del Cabildo de Gran Canaria,  dará comienzo a las 10:30 horas en el casco antiguo de La Vega.
