Más de 200.000 € para evitar el derribo de los pisos de Hoya Viciosa

viviendas hoya viciosa200.000 € más los gastos derivados del proceso judicial, aún por determinar. Esa es la cifra que lleva gastada el Ayuntamiento de San Mateo desde el año 2011 para intentar evitar el derribo de un edificio de viviendas ubicadas en Hoya Viciosa.

La problemática tiene su origen en el año 2005, cuando el Ayuntamiento de La Vega, gobernado entonces por Alternativa por San Mateo, otorgó una licencia de obra que la justicia consideró posteriormente nula de pleno derecho. Y es que, a raíz de la denuncia de unos vecinos, y tras varios años en el juzgado, en 2012 una sentencia obligaba el derribo del edificio en cuestión, que consta de 19 viviendas, plazas de garaje y locales. A raíz de esa sentencia el Ayuntamiento inició un proceso de negociación para intentar evitar el derribo, que conllevaría, además de la pérdida de sus viviendas para las familias afectadas, un gasto inicialmente superior a los 3 millones de euros para las arcas municipales.

Así, para intentar legalizar la situación de las viviendas, el Ayuntamiento se ha visto obligado a adquirir una parcela anexa al edificio en cuestión. Una compra que supuso al consistorio un desembolso de 150.000 euros, a los que ahora habrá que sumar otros 50.000 euros que se invertirán este año para urbanizar la parcela.
