En días pasados dieron comienzo las obras de urbanización que se ejecutarán en Hoya Viciosa, en San Mateo.
Los trabajos, que han sido adjudicados a la empresa veguera Transportes Pamoaldo por un importe total de 52. 965 (IGIC incluido), se centrarán en urbanizar un terreno de tierra apisonada que adquirió el Ayuntamiento recientemente por importe de 150.000 €
Esta obra se realiza en el marco del proceso que el Ayuntamiento de San Mateo está llevando a cabo para intentar legalizar el edificio de viviendas ubicado en Hoya Viciosa y que llegó a tener una orden judicial de derribo dado que la licencia que otorgó el consistorio en 2005 fue declarada ilegal en los juzgados.
