El CCD, Cambio por Sataute y Unidos por Gran Canaria, los tres grupos políticos que se encuentran en la oposición en el Ayuntamiento de Santa Brígida, han solicitado un pleno extraordinario a cuenta del estado en el que se encuentra la problemática del ya conocido como Mamotreto.
En palabras de Oneida Socorro, líder de CCD, esta solicitud la realiza la oposición “ante la negativa y el silencio de este grupo de gobierno en darnos información, por más que se la hemos solicitado por escrito y en varios plenos, a la que tenemos derecho, como representantes públicos democráticamente elegidos y por ende, negársela a los satauteños que representamos y a todos los vecinos en general”. Así, la oposición solicitará información sobre las negociaciones que mantienen el Ayuntamiento y la UTE en relación al expediente del Centro Comercial, plaza pública, aparcamiento y parque urbano. “No nos ha quedado otra alternativa que solicitar este Pleno para que nos enteremos todos qué pretenden hacer con esta obra inacabada”, señala Socorro.
El pleno se celebrará el lunes a las 13:00 horas en el salón de plenos del consistorio satauteño.
