Tras la manifestación de empleados municipales celebrada este jueves en Santa Brígida, Cambio por Sataute nos remite el siguiente comunicado:
“ANDO TRATA DE AMORDAZAR A LOS FUNCIONARIOS
Los funcionarios municipales del Ayuntamiento de Santa Brígida, a través de sus delegados de personal, tras varios meses solicitando información sobre la verdadera situación de la administración y tras encontrarse por parte de ANDO -un grupo de gobierno que gobierna en gerundio- ya que o bien lo están estudiANDO, proyectANDO, recabANDO, planificANDO, presupuestANDO o valoraANDO e incluso pensANDO decidieron hacer público su malestar -ante los miembros de la corporación municipal- reunidos en Pleno Ordinario en la tarde de hoy, tratando de leer un manifiesto con temas tan graves para el interés de la ciudadanía, entre otros la falta de medidas de seguridad en sus puestos de trabajo y en algunos de los edificios e instalaciones municipales sobre las cuales existe informes técnicos donde se detectan irregularidades –incluso con peligro de electrocución- que deben ser subsanadas de forma inmediata y urgente ya que esas instalaciones se usan a diario por funcionarios y ciudadanos.
La cuestión se podría haber solventado de una forma dialogante, sin embargo el Sr. Alcalde D. José Armengol Martín y su formación política ANDO, que nacieron al abrigo del movimiento 15-M y que ahora se ha convertido en la peores de las “castas” han pretendido amordazar a los funcionarios impidiéndoles hacer uso de su libertad de expresión, torpedeando la posibilidad de lectura pública de sus reivindicaciones –sociales; de seguridad laboral y económicas- en el salón de Plenos Municipal que es el lugar donde reside la soberanía de un municipio.
Ante este inédito e insólito acontecimiento, propio de otros tiempos, 8 concejales del Ayuntamiento de Santa Brígida -2 Cambio x Sataute; 2 Unidos por Gran Canaria; 1 CCD; 2 de los 3 concejales del PP y 1 Concejala no adscrita, nos vimos obligados a abandonar el Pleno Municipal como medida de reprobación ante la decisión represora y dictatorial del Alcalde D. José Armengol.”
