La Parroquia de San Mateo y el Ayuntamiento de La Vega ya tienen listo el programa de actos que se han organizado para celebrar las Fiestas en Honor a Nuestra Señora de Lourdes, que se celebrarán del 8 al 10 de febrero.
Los actos comenzarán el viernes día 8 con la celebración de la Santa Misa. Al día siguiente, sábado 9, se celebrará la Eucaristía, que contará con la participación de la Agrupación Folclórica Aires del Guiniguada. Posteriormente la imagen de la Virgen de Lourdes saldrá en procesión acompañada por la Unión Musical Vega de San Mateo. La imagen será recibida en el Mercado Municipal, donde los puesteros realizarán una ofrenda que irá destinada a Cáritas Parroquial y se cantará el Ave María.
Las fiestas llegarán a su fin el domingo día 10 con la celebración a las 9:00 de la Eucaristía y a las 11:00 h de una nueva Misa en la que se realizará una ofrenda floral ante la imagen de la Virgen de Lourdes. Esta última Misa estará cantada por el Coro Parroquial.
